We need to make sure your new RESP order gets to you securely, therefore we us Royal Mail courier services.
We offer either a standard delivery option which is a 3-5 working day turnaround or a 1-2 day delivery service if your order is completed by 3pm.
Please ensure to keep your order confirmation email, as we no longer send delivery notes in parcels. This will have your order number for any returns.

We hope that you will love each item from your order, but if for any reason you need to return anything then please complete the following.
WHAT YOU NEED

All returns need to be sent within 14 days of the invoice date. Pease send an email to info@respactive.com informing your order number, from your order confirmation email clearly advising reason for return, any faults advise where the issue is and include images before posting the return.
Exchanges will be accepted as long as the items are returned as received with all original tags attached, unworn, unsoiled (including any makeup stains, perfume or natural odours). Please allow 14 days for exchanges to be sent back out to you.
